This Shipping Policy explains how FitTechGuru LLC, doing business as FitTechGuru ("FitTechGuru," "we," "us"), produces and ships orders. Where any applicable law requires an outcome that differs from this policy, the law controls.
Production time
Our products are made to order through print-on-demand fulfillment. Each item is produced specifically for your order before it ships. Typical production time is 2–7 business days, depending on the product and current demand. Production time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping time
After production, delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination:
- Domestic (United States): Standard delivery typically 3–7 business days after production; Express options may be available at checkout.
- International: Delivery times vary by destination and carrier and are shown at checkout.
Total delivery estimate = production time + shipping time. Estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, or peak periods.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the product, quantity, and destination. Any promotional free-shipping offers will be stated at the time of the offer.
Tracking
When your order ships, we send a confirmation email with tracking information where available. Please allow time for tracking to update after the label is created.
Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require you to pay reshipment costs. If a package is lost or misdelivered due to a carrier error, contact us and we will help resolve it.
Customs, duties, and taxes (international)
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, see our Refund & Returns Policy and contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery at support@fittechguru.us.
